About this property

House on the beachfront with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and barbecue

  • Our property "Bell Punt" is situated in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia. The exterior of this wonderful house is very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and decorated especially for you to enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing exquisite barbecues, sunbathing or reading whilst feeling the sea breeze. And the best part is that in front of them you have a large landscaped area that leads you directly to the sea. Right here you can go for a swim next to the boats if you fancy it, although the pebble beach is only 250 metres or a couple of minutes' walk away.

    The house has two storeys. On the main floor you will find a spacious lounge-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Next, the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas hob. There are two bathrooms with bathtub in the house, one on each floor. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. A cot, a high chair and 3 fans are available.

    Alcanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal urbanisation, as the people who visit it tend to be local. You can find a small park for the little ones in the family just a few metres from the house, a small supermarket, restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking to be in peace and access the sea in just a few steps. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse.

Villafy and Monse were really responsive and clear with instructions and getting in on the day of travel. For me it’s the second year in a Villafy place, and very impressed both times. We were visiting for a cycling holiday, and had a wonderful time near many good routes. The villa has a wonderful view and position, spacious inside, with almost everything you’d need to self cater. Lovely restaurant up the road too it’s a good location.
