Can Roig 113 fantastic finca with private pool, garden, children's area and air-conditioning

Family finca for 4 persons with a beautiful pool, large garden and barbecue area.

First you enter the tastefully furnished living room. There are comfortable sofas, a TV and internet connection. Next to the living room there is a nice bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a dining room in which the kitchen is integrated. From here, a nice spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms installed in the house, one has a shower and the other a bathtub.

There is a lot to discover in the elaborately designed outdoor area, first of all the beautiful and different seating areas, prepared on the spacious terrace in front of the finca. Various garden furniture, of course in the refreshing shade. Another seating area with high quality furniture is located on the garden porch. Next to the house there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for professional barbecue evenings and sociable barbecues.
From here you have a nice view of the huge and well-kept garden.
A children's playground with a swing and a sandpit has been built. The highlight of the outdoor area is of course the large swimming pool with its comfortable sun loungers.
A great choice for a holiday in a finca with children.

Lovely finca with flaws

The actual finca is lovely and so is the pool. Nice with aircon but two of them are poor and very noisy. Hopeless to access to the property with car. This should really be stated up front. Cleaning was sub standard.

Tolle Finca mit schönem Aussengelände und toller BBQ Küche

Tolle Finca, tolles Aussengelände und die Lage recht Zentral. Auto, Roller oder Rad sollte man aber haben. Die Zufahrt zur Finca ist etwas tückisch und eng. Mit einem kleinen SUV gerade noch so machbar, größer dürfte das Auto aber nicht mehr sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, die Schlafräume sind völlig okay, allerdings ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer unten sehr weich. Auch die Größe der Finca ist für 4 Personen ideal. Sie muss nicht größer sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Outdoorküche mit sep. Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Holzkohlegrill und einem einfach genialen Pizzaofen. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns täglich benutzt und auch die vielen verschieden Sitzmöglichkeiten haben wir gern genutzt. Richtig toll sind die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Da freut man sich, ohne Probleme die Fenster auf lassen zu können. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer unten ist sehr sehr weich. Ein zweiter Schirm bei den Poolliegen wäre toll gewesen. Eine Poolreinigung mit Sauger, alle 2-3 Tage, wäre schön gewesen. Genauere Infos zu welcher Zeit der Wäscheservice oder der Gärtner kommt wäre toll, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann. Z.b. feste Tag mit festen Zeiten. Eine kleine Willkommensbegrüssung wie z.B 1 Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank wäre eine Idee die wir gerne weitergeben möchten.

Es ist eine nette Finca

Es ist eine nette Finca für Familien man kann mit dem Mietauto alles in wenigen Minuten erreichen wie Supermärkte,Strände usw .Pool war sehr schön und auch der Vorplatz zum Liegen.Ein bisschen mehr Liebe würde der Garten beim Spielplatz vertragen .Am Abend der Vorplatz ist sehr nett zum Genießen wenn nicht die laute Partymusik von den Hotels jeden Abend zu hören wäre.Küche war toll ausgestattet und was uns super gefallen hat die Outdoor Küche man könnte sich daran gewöhnen. Stiege zum Kinderzimmer ist alleine für kleine Kinder nicht empfehlenswert. Ameisen in der Küche hätte man vorab was tun können und bei der Dusche Rost und Schimmel sowas geht leider nicht.

Schöne abgelegene Finca

Die Finca liegt ziemlich abgeschieden in einer ruhigen alleinlage und dennoch erreicht man Alcudia in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Aussengelände ist traumhaft schön.

Access to Villa is terrible ! do not book if you are hiring a car larger than a Vauxhall Astra

The Owners need to make it very clear ....Access to this Villa is Restricted !!!!! ... there is a very narrow lane you have to navigate through, with walls on both sides. The Villa itself is ok but tired and in need of some TLC. broken mosquito nets on windows, intermittent aircon units, hotwater works for short time etc.. Our kids loved the pool, and location of villa is great for Alcudia and Pollensa , but the worry about getting the hire car in and out of villa took the shine off the enjoyment of the villa. P.S. - the management company will comment on my review and say they will take my views on board ..... no they wont , they say that to all reviews and have yet to amend the description of the Villa to mention access is very restricted by car !

Kleine Finca mit Mängeln

Die Outdoorküche ist wirklich toll und der Pool auch. Die Finca ist nur für Paare mit grösseren Kindern geeignet, da die Treppe in das zweite Schlafzimmer oben eine schmale Wendeltreppe ist, die für Kleinkinder zu gefährlich ist. Die Betten sind bequem. Unser Mietzeitraum war August, Hauptsaison. Hier hört man täglich das Animationsprogramm der Hotels abends bis teilw. 24 Uhr (laute Musik und Karaoke). Keine wirkliche Ruhe möglich. Die Warmwasserversorung ist mehr als katastrophal, man hat abends nur 10 Sekunden heisses Wasser, dann sofort wieder lau und kalt. Die Dusche war unten schimmelig und dreckig, darüber hinaus konnten wir sie über eine Woche gar nicht nutzen, weil Wasser aus der Duschtasse austrat. Die zugesagte Reparatur erfolgte nicht. Die aufgeführten Spielgeräte waren teilweise nicht (mehr) vorhanden (Trampolin und Kicker fehlen). Auf die Kaution wird verzichtet, aber vielleicht sollte man sie erheben, um kaputte Dinge zu ersetzen wie Spielgeräte und defekte Mückengitter.

Vacaciones en familia

La ubicación de la casa es muy buena. Lastima se escucha la música a todo volumen de los hoteles ubicados no muy lejos. La casa es ideal tiene de todo, cocina exterior, juegos para niños (no hay trampolín como indican las fotos), y para adultos bicis transats y un jardín agradable.

Sehr schön mit Kindern

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca, abseits vom Trubel - und trotzdem nur 5 Minuten Autofahrt nach Alcúdia-Stadt und an den Strand. Außenbereich mit kleinen Kindern durch den Außenspielplatz ideal, zumal der Pool sicher abgedeckt werden kann. Der ist auch schön groß, aber nicht geheizt. Super ist die Außenküche, so dass man in der Sonne kochen oder grillen kann. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso viele grundlegende Sachen zum Kochen (Gewürze, Öl etc.). Im Haus war es zu Beginn recht kühl und Aufheizen dauerte etwas, aber das war der Jahreszeit (Anfang April) geschuldet. Zum zweiten Schlafzimmer führt eine sehr schmale, enge Treppe, das ist also eher nichts für Kinder. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist beim ersten Mal ziemlich abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich recht schnell dran. Mit einem Auto größer als Golf wäre ich aber vorsichtig... Mallorcacharme und die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und schnell. Hatten einmal ein kleines Wespennest entdeckt und einmal kurzzeitig kein warmes Wasser, was jeweils sehr zeitnah beseitigt wurde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Kleine sehr kuschlige Finca

Die Finca war sehr liebevoll, die Betten ganz kuschelig und alles war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der gepflegte Garten war sehr schön und mit seinen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Wäscheleine und den Fahrrädern sehr besucherfreundlich durchdacht. Außen gab es eine durchdachte zweite Küche - ganz toll! Die Zufaht war schwer zu finden und mit einem größeren Auto kaum passierbar.
