Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 6 people in front of the sea in sa Marina, Alcúdia.
The real protagonist of this house is, without a doubt, the terrace, the best place for our guests to enjoy their vacation. Imagine yourselves admiring the amazing views to the sea and being able to feel the sea breeze and scent while in there. It invites to enjoy delicious breakfasts, a good reading on one of the two sunloungers, a succulent meal after coming back from the beach, or maybe a good glass of wine before dinner.

Inside, you will find spacious and modern rooms where white is the starring colour, giving a feeling of peace and rest. So, you can relax on the great sofa at the living room while watching the satellite TV channels. Then, you will find a beautiful dining area and the kitchen after a great arch. This is equipped with a ceramic hob. The room also offers AC so that you feel comfortable in there. There are two bathrooms with a shower each as well as three bedrooms with closet. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed and the last one has twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair can be provided. Finally, you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board at the terrace.

The surroundings are quiet since this is the area of sa Marina in Alcúdia, with just a few neighbours who are mainly locals. The beach is also very peaceful, perfect for those who love the beach and the quietness. You can make several hiking or biking excursions from here visiting Cap de Pinar, for example. And of course, you cannot miss the ancient town centre of Alcúdia and its impressive Medieval wall.
