Stort kundfokus och mycket bra service från all personal. Läget precis vid stranden, havsutsikt och att det är nära till hamnen med restauranger och affärer tilltalar oss. Lunch på Mirablau är både rofylld och god. Stora och sköna sängar.

Väldigt fint hotell, trevlig personal och bra service. Toppklass på frukosten. Mat i restaurangen topp. Det fanns alltid solstolar lediga. Väldigt fina rum och allmänna utrymmen. Stora fina balkonger med solsäng, bord och stolar. Enda som kunde vara negativt är att det är lyhört i rummen. Rekomenderss varmt och jag kommer definitivt bo där igen.

Jedes Mal ein Highlight

Wie jedes Mal war alles bestens. Gutes Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, guter Service. Der neu gebaute Poolbereich mit Poolbar ist top. Der Parkplatz ist zwar winzig, das spielt aber keine Rolle, da öffentliche Parkplätze an der Strasse kostenlos sind.

Sehr schöne Anlage, super Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Jacuzzi und Türen zum Strand waren tagelang defekt und die Regendusche im Zimmer hat nicht ausreichend Wasserdruck sodass nicht aus allen Drüsen Wasser kommt und kaum Wasserdruck ist. Die Nachbarskinder haben Colaflaschen und Dartpfeile auf unseren Balkon bis teilweise in unser Zimmer geworfen (Zimmer230) wofür das Hotel aber wohl nichts kann.

Vorrei ringraziare per primi tutto lo staff di hotel.com per l'assistenza siete stati favolosi la prossima vacanza sono con voi per quanto riguarda hotel viva golf adults è stato super su tutti i punti di vista pulizia , ottimo cibo ,staff sempre con il sorriso , personal trainer eccellente consiglio questo albergo vicino alla spiaggia e vicino ai locali per bere qualcosa ed è molto tranquillo per rilassarsi adatto sia per chi viaggia da solo o in coppia

A top class hotel, especially for a hungry cyclist

Just returned from a four night stay. Visited for cycling and training and must give this hotel full marks. Spotlessly clean, great food with wide selection and very well prepared. Staff were amazing. Rooms were modern and spacious. The dedicated bike store was very well equipped and secure, with CCTV and overnight shutters as well as card access and good locking facilities. Amazing value and I will most certainly be back again.

Wir waren super zufrieden und sagen ganz herzlich Danke für die tolle Zeit! Vom Begrüßungssekt, dem großzügigem Zimmer mit Meerblick bis hin zu der Super Auswahl am Frühstücks- und Dinnerbuffet war aller perfekt. Das Frühstück wurde für uns extra 2h (5:45 statt 7:30) eher bereitgestellt aufgrund früher Abreise. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at the Vanity Golf 18 resort was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Stunning water views from our balcony. Food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Staff was incredibly kind. Our only complaint was that the private spa was not working g properly. The jacuzzi was blowing out cold water and the room was a bit of a mess. While we were disappointed in the spa, everything else was fantastic. We highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer. Sehr schöne Sonnenauf, - untergänge beobachtbar. Der Aussenbereich ist gepflegt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Zimmer müffelte etwas und war teilweise dreckig. Zudem wurde das Zimmer nicht regelmässig gereinigt. Achtung, uns wurde Bargeld entwendet.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, clean and friendly staff. Only downfall was the selection of food. Not a variety for those that can't eat pork for breakfast and some dishes wasn't cooked fully (rice dishes) at dinner time, but overall, the hotel was truly lovely and definitely be back in the summer months. Thanks for the hospitality Vanity :)

Super Hotel für erholsame Tage

Ein super modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel, direkt mit Strandzugang Bucht und beheiztem schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind großzügig eingerichtet und der Balkon ist zusätzlich zu einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen mit einer super Doppelliege ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Halbpension. Das Abendessen besteht aus einem großzügig zusammengestellten Buffet, bei dem die Speisen manchmal (nicht immer) besser aussehen ais sie schmecken. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Sehr schön ist auch die ca. 1,5 Km entfernte Altstadt von Alcudia, hier gibt es tolle Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dadurch, dass das Hotel nur für Erwachsene ist, kann man auch am Pool gut entspannen.

3 nights at the port

The hotel was very clean and had great views. However, the power went out several times during our first night, which triggered all of the lights to come on each time so sleep was elusive. Then the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so I called the front desk. The front desk told me it only worked if it was really warm outside and suggested that I open a window. When I opened the window, the mosquitos and bright lights along with the loud partiers were present I til the wee hours. When I called the front desk to address this, I was told that someone would bring up an electrical plug-in to keep the mosquitoes away. After 30 minutes, a very friendly cleaning lady arrived with the said device, which worked well. The other major complaint I had was parking. They had 5 spaces for small cars on site and they asked us to move the car before we even completed the check-in process. Finding a parking spot took another 15 minutes. Once that was accomplished, we were able to enjoy the amazing views of turquoise water and palm trees with a cold glass of cava. The breakfast is amazing and the staff was very welcoming. Despite our lack of sleep, the location and staff made up for the other frustrations. I rarely leave comments about the resorts that we stay at but I felt it necessary to leave detailed comments so that other potential customers might know what the potential caveats may be. Again, staff was very friendly, just as are most of the people we encounter.

Restaurant is excellent, felt well looked after by the chefs and waiters even though I was the only vegetarian! Generally the property is well maintained and very happy with the location - superb beach literally on the doorstep, as are plentiful shops and restaurants.
