Beautifully arranged over three floors, this elegant home effortlessly combines comfort and coastal charm. The light-filled upstairs sitting room and master bedroom both boast sea views, creating a serene atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the Suffolk coast.
Samphire features two well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a 5' king-size bed with sea views and a second bedroom with twin 3' single beds, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with modern conveniences and a cosy ambience, including two sitting rooms, one with a wood-burning stove, and plenty of seating.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a gas hob and electric oven to a coffee machine, while the dining table seats six guests. French doors lead to an enclosed rear courtyard garden with seating for four—perfect for alfresco dining. A fully enclosed front patio garden also offers a tranquil outdoor retreat with additional seating. Additional Information One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Dogs are only permitted in the kitchen/dining/ sitting rooms inside the property. Please supervise children on balconies at all times. A starter pack of logs and kindling is provided only betweeen November to March. Please bring your own standard size pods for the Nespresso coffee machine. This property has external CCTV in place for security while it is vacant; the system is disabled whenever we have guests staying. No smoking is permitted inside the property or anywhere on the premises, in accordance with our insurance requirements.
