At the heart of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises Regional Nature Park we offer on the site of the Moulin d'Icart a cottage of 4 people without vis-à-vis, adjoining our house with independent access, a contemporary, comfortable and bright interior. You will return by a bay window in the room of life with open kitchen and all the comfort (classification 3epis labellized écogeste by gite of France) a bathroom with wc completes this RDC then an internal staircase will take you upstairs on a vast landing which gives on two rooms (one with a bed of 160, the other with 2 beds of 90), a small room of bath with toilet and an exit on a balcony seen on the river.
It is a place of relaxation and healing in a setting of greenery and water. You will enjoy direct access to the banks of the Arac, a shaded park with a swimming pool (12m x 4.5m and 1m10 to 2m20 deep) and a private tennis court
It is also the starting point for hikers on foot or by bike. You can enjoy many activities such as caving, white water sports, lake and river fishing, monorail sledding and mountain karting in the summer at the resort of Guzet and enjoy its ski area in winter. Throughout the year the thermal baths of Aulus offer a wellness and aqua relaxation area. On the site of the Etang de Lers you can also learn or practice all year round orientation techniques and in winter you can go cross-country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing. In Saint Lizier you can visit the cathedral, the bishops' palace and the old village. Many other villages are worth a visit for their architectural heritage, their exhibitions, markets or entertainment
