Everything was very clean. This is a gorgeous hotel! The room was clean and in the room the a/c worked great..the air conditioning needs to be looked at in the common areas as it was a little warm. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel: large rooms and huge tub. No staff at check in just a paper sign with no idea how long they would be gone. A homeless woman was walking around in the lobby. The hotel was much definitely a 5. The staffing a 3. Also no breakfast was a big issue for us.

The Hotel was a bit dated but it is an over 100 year old property. It is really nostalgic and in good shape for a hotel that age. The rooms are very nice and well done. This hotel is definitely worth a try.

I have always wanted to stay at The Hotel Bentley and finally had a chance. The lobby is beautiful, the restoration makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. The restaurant and the room that I stayed in, not so much. It's obvious where money was and wasn't spent. The check-in was great and the food in the restaurant was so good! I would definitely eat there again when I'm in town, just wished that the restaurant "felt" like 1908, definitely a missed design opportunity!
