A 15-minute drive will bring you to the quaint town of Dorset, where you can check all your items off your grocery list at Robinson's General Store, enjoy a scenic tour aboard the SS Bigwin Cruise, or indulge in a hot slice of the best 'Pizza on Earth'. The 'Trading Bay Dining Company' and 'Fish Shack' also provide other food options to enjoy. Walk down to the Lake of Bays Beach in Dorset to spend a day basking in the sun!

The 400 square foot frameless glass railed deck that looks over the water has a lounging and eating area for 16 people, Napoleon propane BBQ and the impressive timber frame lakeside gazebo pavilion. Two large untreated natural Cedar docks, ready for boat mooring with over 1000 square feet to lay out in the sun, Muskoka chairs on each dock, with deep diving off the end. Stairs going into the water on each dock onto the shoreline. This property hosts a huge firepit with fantastic sunset views and 14 Muskoka chairs throughout the waterfront.

The open concept main floor has comfortable oversized couches in front of the airtight wood insert and castle stone floor to ceiling chimney.
MUSKOKA ROOM
This 400 Square foot outdoor screened in room comfortably seats 16 people with a Napoleon BBQ and Sonos sound system.

There is a second living area on the lower level that has plenty of seating space to enjoy your favourite shows on the 72 inch tv.
