On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with open fire, 1 bedroom (180cm x 200cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90cm x 200cm beds) and 2 shower rooms, 2 sinks and 2 WC. Upstairs, there is the master suite with a bed (180cm by 200 cm), followed by a jetted tub, 1 shower, 1 sink and 1 WC with access to a private terrace; 1 bedroom (1 140cm x 200cm bed + 1 90cm x 200cm bed) and 1 bedroom (2 90cm x 200cm beds) + 1 shower room, 1 washbasin and 1 WC.
The villa has an electric gate and is surrounded by a garden of 72 ares fully fenced with breathtaking and unobstructed views of the Guadalhorce valley and the surrounding countryside.

It benefits from an 8 x 4 m swimming pool (the swimming pool can be heated during the months of October, November and April), a spa (off-season or on request), a pétanque court compliant, table tennis, table football and an orchard.
