"I didn't like the accommodations because I didn't get the room that I had paid for through Expedia. I did not have a kitchenette to cook my meals, therefore I had to eat out constantly during my trip or go out and buy microwavable snacks. The television didn't work in the room. The bed was set on flimsy plyboards so the sleep was restless and the customer service wasn't the greatest upon arrival. Slack of housekeeping throughout the stay. "First room was dirty then asked to move to another room which then they provided and facilities are outdated however they have a washing machine and kitchen which was good but no forks spoons cutlery and on top of that one of the service staff entered the room without permission to which then my family member had to ask them to leave not good at all"
