The location was handy, a bit overpriced for a room but nice rooms, just expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel. Hot options at the breakfast would be nice and there was no view from the room just into other rooms that said if you want a nice room with no bells or whistles this is it

The room was very small but quiet.Stuff friendly.The best is the location-walking distance to the port and beach and in a 5 min walk you are in a centre.The beach was very crowded and busy and next time I would rather stay outside Alicante close to Sant Juan beach šŸ–ļø

Good stay

Nice establishment, we got checked in very early by a friendly receptionist. Out booking came with a bottle of Cava. Room was Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Hotel is a walking distance from the main bus station, bars, restaurants and opposite Mercadona - a large supermarket. We would recommend the place!

The location was very central,market store across from the hotel and shops around. The beach was also close to us which we would walk there in the morning for our breakfast even though they have a bakery and Cafe down the street. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice, they helped us with our boarding pass and print out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in. A completely OK hotel. The room was spacious for three people, good bathroom, clean. Other than that, nothing great or special about the hotel. It serves its purpose if the purpose is to have a place to sleep. Walls were pretty thin though.

The property was in walking distance of most areas. The ladies on reception were very helpful. Comfiest bed and pillows. The only down side was we had to ask twice in the 7 days for our room to be serviced but the cleaning was excellent. Unexpected bonus was a small seating area off the room.

We arrived at this hotel after having stayed at one that did not have air-conditioning functioning. It was a beautiful relief to have an air-conditioned room. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was large and comfortable. The only drawback was that it was a bit far from the central area but good value overall

Staff were excellent. Room clean, good facilities and comfortable, but noise from room above and to the sides was evident late at night. Breakfast in the canteen was good but not enough hot food choice. We ordered a picnic for breakfast having to leave early, unfortunately the sandwiches provided had dried out completely and were inedible, leaving only fruit to eat, very expensive for an inedible picnic.

Poor

Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences. Staff were rude and unhelpful, the walls were paper thin so I barely slept with the room looking absolutely nothing like the images shown on hotels.com. I had stayed in a Eurostars property previously which was very good but this was genuinely shocking.
