Great place to stay while in Alcante

agoWe had an overnight stay in Alicante and found MyFlats through an online search. For the price it sounded too good to be true, but it was! The apartment was very modern and well-appointed with everything we needed - toiletries, linens, fully outfitted kitchen and even a washer/dryer with laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back.

The location is wonderful, the apartment is clean, modern and has great accessibility with everything adapted for any disability. Two things I will point out to be improved and get a 10: get a better mattress for the bed and get a glassy door for the shower.loved my stay and recommend this place.

Amazing location. Apartment had all the amenities that we exchanged. The only downside is that you have to park about 5 mins away and can't deive up to the apartment. Still woul definitely come back. Highly recommend.

OK in general but Pictures on Expedia do not reflect the reality, totally different. You have to go deeper on a website to understand that default picture interior you will get in case of big family (6 people ) room only.

Good apartment, ideal locations.

Overall, it was a good experience. I have used Myflats several times and have another trip booked. All of the apartments are of a good standard and in great locations. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that when I asked for more towels, I was made to justify why. We had five people, including kids, staying in an apartment for three nights. 6 towels were provided. This may be fine for some, but having kids who have two showers each a day, the white towels get dirty quickly, and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for more (without having to explain). A standard hotel would not question this. (We actually needed them anyway, as we used them to stop a flood from the shower).

This place is truly a hidden gem in the centre of Alicante! The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It’s in a perfect location, just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and there’s even a bus stop nearby with direct service to and from the airport. Everything was super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

ho soggiornato per una settimana insieme ad altre amiche e ci siamo trovate tutte benissimo. si trova in una zona centrale, 10 minuti circa per raggiungere i luoghi principali per cui molto comoda a livello di spostamenti; essendo in centro si sentono voci e musica fino a tardi… ma direi del tutto normale visti gli orari della routine spagnola!! la casa in sé molto bella, con tutte le cose essenziali per poter cucinare e pulire e anche il personale molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Huoneiston lähellä kaikki tarvittavat palvelut: ravintolat, kaupat ja kahvilat lähellä. Lyhyt matka rantakadulla ja moneen keskustan alueella sijaitseviin kohteisiin. Mukava henkilökunta respassa. Miinuksena todella meluisa sijainti, viemärin haju käytävässä sekä kylpyhuoneen viemäriltä puuttuu kaato lattiakaivolle jolloin suihkussa käydessä vesi valuu eteiseen.. Neljän tähden arvoinen ei mielestäni tämä huoneistohotelli ollut.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut gelegen. Sehr zentral. Am Abend war es jedoch sehr laut. Der Lärm von draussen war in der Wohnung sehr gut zu hören, daher konnte man nicht gut schlafen.

Oltiin 4 yötä perhematkalla teinien kanssa. Oikein hyvä majoitus, kaikki toimi ja asunto oli siisti. Sijainti on mainio, keskellä kaikkea. Toki lähikaduilta kuuluu hiukan meteliä loppuillasta mutta meidän huone oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, joten se ei juurikaan häirinnyt.

Alles super und was man braucht vorhanden. Super zentral zu allem. Am Wochenende ist es nur extrem laut, da man von außen alles hört und genau unter dem Fenster ein Glascontainer steht, der auch mal mitten in der Nacht entleert wird. Seife wäre noch ganz cool im Bad 😊

The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!

Excellent. Lovely modern building/apartment. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent. But because it’s so central there is potential for it to be quite noisy in the early hours of the morning. This wasn’t really an issue for me as I was able to get back to sleep quickly.

Goed: de ligging in de stad is perfect. Alles op loopafstand. Appartement is vrij klein maar heeft alle basisdingen die je nodig hebt. Minder goed: de slaapbank, er hing een rioollucht in de badkamer.

Flott leilighet svært sentralt

Moderne leilighet midt i sentrum med kort vei til strand, og alt - som utflukt til festning og nyere shoppingsentre. Selve starten på før avreise gjorde meg skeptisk, da telefonnummeret for innsjekkingsdetaljer som er oppgitt i bedtillingen ikke er i bruk. I 2024 burde det finnes mer moderne muligheter enn å ringe en ansatt - i Spania - for disse opplysningene, som endte med å bare møte opp i nabobygget hvor de jobber . Altså feil at det ikke finnes resepsjon, det er bare at den befinner seg i et par dører lenger opp i gata.

The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. Walking distance to main historic sites. Saturday night was an extremely busy night so it got noisy at night but the rest of the nights were quiet. Very nice place.

Standort sowie Appartement gut. Leider hörte man von der Nachbarwohnung jedes Geräusch (Fernseher, Musik,Bad, Fussboden, Lachen, Husten). Die Wände sind Papier dünn gebaut. Das Haus wurde einfach billig ohne Geräuschdämpfung renoviert. Schade.
