This is a great hotel modern, clean and has nice pools - shuttle service to beach club spotty not always there y and ATMs stopped working for 2 days make sure to take some cash as not all services accept cards outside the hotel but overall this is awesome place to stay
The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. The room was nice. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The dinner food was excellent; however it was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was $38 per person and it was generic breakfast food. We had massages which were great but also extremely expensive as well. The pools were great and fun but the pool bars close at 6pm so that was a bummer. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were nice, but needed TLC. Lots of little things needed fixing (door handles & towel racks were hanging off, holes in walls, etc). Bed was very comfortable. Staff was uniformly nice and welcoming. There wasn't much to do as it's the low season so most businesses were closed.
The beaches and blue water were amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. The infinity pool on the 5th floor is very relaxing. The food in the main restaurant was good and it is delightful to eat dinner overlooking the water.
We enjoyed ourselves at Resorts World Bimini, and the beautiful surroundings made for a memorable trip. However, we were disappointed that we could not fully disconnect and experience the Bahamian atmosphere we had hoped for.
During our stay, we heard mostly Latin music and very little, if any, Bahamian music. As someone from Miami, it honestly made me feel like I was still at home rather than experiencing the full Bahamian experience we traveled for.
We would have loved to hear more local Bahamian music throughout the resort. The beautiful location is definitely a highlight, but adding more authentic Bahamian music would make the experience feel much more immersive and special.
Overall, we had a good time, but this was a significant disappointment for us. We hope the resort considers incorporating more Bahamian music so future guests can truly enjoy the culture and atmosphere of Bimini.
This hotel has amazing potential if the owners just kept the place up. Decor was the same as it was 7 years ago. Hallway carpet needs replaced, trim dusted etc. The rooms are very nice but our entry door was haggard. Our keys didn't work so had to go all the way back to the front desk, quite a trek. Wanted to do a swim on rooftop bar after dinner about 9:30. It was closed sadly. Dinner was very good at Tides! Wait staff was excellent!
Rooms cleaned every 3 days is not acceptable for 400+ a night. No water pressure. Electricity went off twice in 4 days. Dirty carpet in hallways. No entertainment. There is a piano in the lobby and no one to play it. Casino was ok. Staff was nice for the most part. I realize it’s an island but you can still expect more from the employees. Not worth the price.
The rooms were clean which is a very big priority for me . Most of the staff and a not friendly. My biggest issue was the breakfast buffet at The Tides . #1 the buffet assortment is very basic #2 we waited 45min for an omelette due to the staff not being prepared , even though the restaurant was open the staff member at the omelette station was not prepared nor in a hurry to start services . For the price of a basic buffet I would at least expect better service . Not everyone was unfriendly but the majority were .

Obviously this is the only resort on the island so you are stuck with this.
The property was good however, the hotel has a sewage problem and you can smell the sewage in your shower on a busy weekend. I asked the front desk about this and they said it was normal to happen
Prices at this resort are absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered 2 drinks at the pool bar (one vodka and tonic and one margarita and the cost was $77 plus a 15.40 room charge and a 7.70 additional room charge on top of a 45 dollar a day resort fee. Folks that was $100.10 for 2 drinks!
Also, beware, if you order an iced tee it is $7 for a 8 ounce glass with NO REFILLS!
Good luck!!!!
