House of the Sun

A fantastic and welcoming house in the beautiful and typical village of Bordeira, located in the Costa Vicentina National Park. Here, you can surf the best waves in southwest Portugal, climb the cliffs of Sagres, hike the different trails of the Rota Vicentina, observe birds or simply relax and enjoy the beaches and the landscape. We thought of every detail as if it were for ourselves! Here time stops and you can savor life calmly and naturally! The village has a café/restaurant. The magnificent beaches of Bordeira and Amado are a 5-minute drive away, and Aljezur or Vila do Bispo (larger towns with supermarkets and restaurants) are 15 minutes away. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed), two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a baby chair. It has a patio with a barbecue and a covered dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy the sun during the day or the quiet of peaceful nights. Outside there is a specific place to wash and store wetsuits and surfboards. We have a travel cot available upon request. The house has a safe with a key, making check-in and check-out easy. The house is ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people, perfect for any time of year. We are a Portuguese family passionate about the Vicentina Coast, who love nature, the beach and climbing, and we want to provide our guests with a wonderful experience.
