Everything about the stay was more than expected. We were so impressed with the staff (and we don’t speak Portuguese) upon arrival, that we immediately booked a second night! They treated our dogs great, brought a dog bed to the room for them, allowed them at the pool (there was another couple with a dog there too!). Very pleasant surprise. The Quinta was purchased by a well-off German back in 2017. He seem to have made it his pet project. Spared no expense to make it a top-notch retreat. A wonderful place to stay around all things farm! The manager was most informative about the farm, crops, Beja, places to eat & visit in town. He shared information on special things to do in the Algarve as we headed further south. A gracious sincere host who took time from his busy schedule to share valuable information with us. The most beautiful property. The house is sooo beautiful! The room was very spacious as was the bathroom and super clean ! The air conditioning worked great !
