A Bit of a Bummer

The hotel itself is nice, but when it isn't tourist season, they seem understaffed. The bed was hard, but that is common for Central Asia. The amenities weren't exceptional but were provided. When we first checked in the room was cold because the heat hadn't been on. We paid for breakfast, but the cook was just not there that morning. When we complained, we were told we would be refunded the extra price of the breakfast to our credit card, but we never were. Honestly disappointed because it seemed like a nice place to stay.

The property is small, clean and very friendly. It has everything what you need for you stay: bath, bed, clean blankets, clean room, teapot... It is close to the Diplomatic center, Dostyk Shopping Plaza, Square street, Ramstor...British school (Ielts)...

Я думал, что это интернациональная сеть. Так и не понял, она или нет. Я взял номер с 1 кроватью. Номера достаточно мелкие. У меня есть балкон, но видимо дверь забита, так как выйти не получается. Завтраки одни и те же. А в субботу я пришел за полчаса до закрытия и там уже почти ничего не осталось. В номере чисто. Воды в номере нет. Если только платно. Чайного набора не было, пришлось просить.

So nice as an iris flower

If you want to stay at cozy hotel you are welcome here! I liked the hotel. Firstly, it is quite close to beautiful places in Almaty. The Central Square and the park are in very close distance so you can walk there. Many nice restaurants and shopping malls are also near. I mean that the access to many spots is very convenient.

A very satisfied customer !

I must say a job well done to Receptionists Runila and Nura.They are very friendly and very helpful indeed. The Housekeeper are very efficient and attended my needs very fast. The Room is clean .The Breakfast is good too. The Hotel's location is fantastic...very close to most famous attractions. However, they must update a few attractions information under the " Landmarks " column.

Very nice hostel with a great location. Perfect connection with Sheremetyevo airport via Aeroexpress. Hostel is very clean an modern. Reality is better then pics on hotels.com!!! Everything is on the high level.

Great Value accomodation . Neat and clean , good breakfast , Fantastic staff - especially Dalia who is the most helpful angel in all of Almaty ! :) Negative - No hot water between midnight and 7 am

They tried to charge me extra for early check in

My experience in this hotel is mixed, I was quite happy until checking out. They wanted me to pay 10,000 Tenge for early check in when in hotels.com clearly states I got 24 hours check in. I still had to pay but not what they asked. Lack of communication I suppose

Очень хорошо за свою цену

Уютный и просторный номер. Прекрасное месторасположение. Великолепный и отзывчивый персонал Чистота в номере. Но завтраки хотелось бы получше. Подавая их с 7:30, часто к 8:30 еда была уже ледяная и даже не подогревалась. Складывалось ощущение, что яичницу, курицу и картошку жарили с вечера, а утром просто пытались разогревать. И очень однообразно. Когда живешь там пять дней, от такой еды лучше отказаться...
