The room was on the smaller side and came with the balcony. The stay was so pleasant and the breakfast buffet was small but nice. We enjoyed sitting in the summer terrace too.

Great hotel with good location

This is a high quality hotel. The room was in great condition, the bed was good and the location was great. If I return to Almaty, I will absolutely consider staying at this hotel again

Quiet area

Good option in safe, well-lit area. Most staff spoke English. Restaurant had a wide selection of food. Curtains were thin so I had to use my sleeping mask. Only one bottle of water provided had me running to the nearby market.

Great hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to lots of places. Helpful kind staff, beds were softer than all others we stayed in (Asia is known for hard beds). Great breakfast options.
