The newly built, single-storey house on a private plot in Almodovar del Rio is surrounded by beautiful orange and olive trees. Only about 400 meters away, a small stream flows into the river Guadalquivir and north of the house you will find the castle of Almodovar.



The covered veranda at the entrance with garden furniture invites you to relax. The patio with seating has direct access to the barbecue area. The sun terrace offers a wonderful view of the estate and the castle. Pets are only allowed on request.

heerlijk koel ruim huis met veel privacy

huis en plek waren op zich prima (zoals de titel van deze recensie al vertelde), maar er zat geen water in het zwembad, de buitenstoelen waren armetierig, de keuken was wel érg klein, de communicatie met de sleutelhouder verliep moeizaam. en het was jammer dan er alleen 1-persoonsbeden waren, maar de bedden zélf waren dan wel weer goed én er waren genoeg electrische kacheltjes, dat was met name 's morgens wel weer fijn én we hebben natuurlijk genoten van de stilte én de sinaasappels van de sinaasappelboomgaard, waar het huis in stond!

Traditionelt spansk hus med en fin pool.

Huset lå som forventet for sig selv , midt i en appelsinplantage. Nøgle udleveringen fandt vi aldrig, vi måtte ringe efter udlejer, som kom efter 10 minutter. Udlejer kan kun tale spansk, ikke et ord engelsk, så det var meget begrænset, hvad vi fik ud af alle hans venlige forklaringer. Der var en del trafik, også tung trafik på vejen, men den ligger ca. 50 - 100 m fra huset så det var okay. Køkkenet var for lille til 7 personer, og køkken udstyret var ikke tilstrækkeligt, vi måtte selv ud at købe store knive, der var ikke en eneste. Vi blev også nødt til at købe et tørre stativ. 7 mennesker som er i pool hverdag, og en vaskemaskine, og så er der ikke et eneste sted hvor man kan hænge tøj op, det er ikke i orden. Mardesserne er ikke ret gode! Havemøblerne var næsten alle sammen i stykker, og så var der kun 7 plastik stole, som vi hele tiden skulle flytte rundt. Der er en dejlig pool, som er god stor. Venlige mennesker, og et fint område, ude på landet, med mange gode restauranter og seværdigheder. Men ingen udenlandske turister. Vi har haft en god ferie

Heel koud huis Voorzieningen keuken prima. Sommige Slechte bedden die doorzakken. Heerlijke sinaasappelsap in overvloed Verder mooi Spaans huis Tuinmeubilair onvoldoende (plastic)
