This was my 4th stay at the property and I’ve never had an issue. Hot springs pools are wonderful, clean, beautiful views of the mountains, rooms are clean. One thing I’d say is shower pressure in the room was absolutely terrible but I don’t sweat the small stuff. Otherwise, I’m sure I’ll be returning ...
