Apartment 'El Tesorillo' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Velilla-Taramay, Almuñécar, this 89 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note there are stairs to access the property, which is on a first-floor level. You will find 2 bedrooms plus an additional room with a sofa bed for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV with on-demand video, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are available upon request (limited units), as well as beach towels for your use.



The main bedroom has access to a small outdoor patio.



Step out onto the private covered terrace with sea and mountain views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Guests can use the communal garden and outdoor pool (open approximately June 15 to September 15), plus an outdoor shower. The complex offers 2 sports courts for recreational activities.



Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. Tennis courts are a 15-minute walk away, and transfer services to the train station and airport are available for an extra fee.



The location is ideal: Playa del Tesorillo is just a 2-minute walk away and offers 2 beach bars. Velilla Beach is 7 minutes away, and the restaurants of Playa del Pozuelo are about a 12-minute walk. There is a bus stop and a small supermarket nearby for your convenience during your seaside stay.
