Two night stay at Hotel Helios Tropical Wonderful experience Fabulous room with Seaview we opted for an upgrade which was €50 for the 2 nights Staff were exceptionally nice Breakfast was outstanding Had a Spa treatment which was such good value Will definitely return

The room was clean, comfortable, and has a wondeful view of the beach. The staff spoke English, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The warm water pressure on the 9th floor was very weak unfortunately.

I love this hotel! However, please put tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This time, I found the mattress to be very very hard. I like a firm mattress but don’t like sleeping on a plank of wood.

Brilliant

We could not fault this Hotel in any way, when we booked in the receptionist was really friendly and chatty and the room was excellent with everything we needed, a bath, shower and bidet and a wonderful sea view and balcony. The bed linen and towels were changed every day and the fridge was efficient. The food was always piping hot and so much choice to suit all tastes.

This was an excellent choice for our quick 3 day trip to the beach! The breakfast was nothing short of AMAZING! There are all types of choices; pancakes/eggs to order along with multiple tables of hot and cold items (pastries, eggs, meats, chocolate churros, fruits, many juices, lattes, and even champagne!). The room was very clean, the shower area larger than typical, and the small upgrade for a view was well worth it. Many relaxing hours were spent at the heated pool area which is very large and has several pool temperature choices. Very close to several good restaurants, a nice grocery store and the bus station. If I had one wish it would be for a small coffee maker in the room so I could sit on the balcony with it, enjoy the view, and wait for the rest of the world to wake up. We will definitely be back!

Well property it was very nice,room was nice but….the bathrooms are old,they need to be renovated,and worst of all it was the smell!The 9 floor and inclusive our room it was a very bad smell ,more like a poop!oh my god it was horrible ,we tried to stay away all day,keep the balcony door open during the night!!anyway the VIP for them it was more like a joke!The lady she told us ,well apparently you are “Expedia VIP” and I have to give you 3 free drinks!!

Service minded and super friendly and welcomning staff. Amazing view and terrace. Nice and fresh breakfast. Everything was clean and fresh. The walls were a bit to thin though, and you could clearly hear the doors slammed shut. Also, all guests besides us were older than 60 which created a certain atmosphere. When we tried to find somewhere to eat dinner outside the hotel there was practically nowhere to go. Almost no restaurants in the area (at least not in November) and the buffet in the hotel basement seemed to depressing. Unfortunately, this might stop me (f 38) from going back again.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Gabriella qui parle très bien français. Notre suite junior située au 5e étage était superbe : deux balcons donnant sur la mer, chambre de bain magnifique, beaucoup de rangement. Petites attentions dans notre chambre lors de notre arrivée : mot de bienvenue, bouteille de mousseux, et macarons, peignoir et pantoufles. Lieux communs très agréables : salle de détente au rez-de-chaussée, un autre entièrement fenestré au 10e étage qui s'ajoute au salon à ciel ouvert. La vue est magnifique ! Piscine chauffée... pour vrai ! Un bon 28 Celcius très agréable.
