"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location. The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train.

"Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlĂ€ngern. Warum??? Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, man fĂŒhlte sich von der ersten Minute an sehr willkommen. "Just unpleasant. No one at reception for 10mins, so went to find someone. No reservation, blamed Expedia. Gave me old room with dirty balcony that adjoined another room and the people came out and looked in my room as I was in bed. Tourist bus of people ate everything at breakfast and nothing much replenished - no pastries. Bike room left open by someone, so no security. Happy to leave."

The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners.
