Disliked: Communication

Call, after booking. Confirm your reservation.

When we went to check in on the day of our rental, I was told that our card didn't go though. There wasn't any communication about a problem. The reservation still said valid in the app. We had no way of knowing that there was an issue, we offered a new card and was told that the cabin was no longer available.
