"The hotel is situated right in front of the main plaza. Very walkable, we enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant with elevated typical Michoacán dishes. We were offered complimentary Michoacán mezcal tasting. The hotel itself is beautiful. The biggest downside though is if you are staying in one of the balcony rooms facing the main plaza, be prepared for no AC. We had two small fans but the room was stuffy and hot. In the evening as well and we were not able to get a good night sleep due to the room being so warm."

"The staff here is outstanding. Incredibly helpful and kind. It’s the type of service you would expect at this price point. The pool area is pretty and the water is heated. Air conditioner worked great. I also appreciated the amount of staff on site, I felt very safe"
