"Amazing location with breathtaking views and a private beach. My wife and I originally booked two nights but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to five.
This is a privately owned hotel that is exceptionally well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beach is truly something special—just Google "Praia Bilhoa" to see the photos and videos. The beach size and look change a lot with high and low tide.
There are also three or four equally spectacular beaches just a few minutes' walk to the west, as well as a long sandy beach about a 10-minute walk away.
The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from several restaurants along the nearby beach. We rented a car, and Alvor town centre—with dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops—is only a 6–7 minute drive away. If you don't have a car, an Uber ride typically costs no more than €8–10."
