普通です。

朝食をメインに考えていたのですが普通でした。 小規模なホテルなので品数が少ないのは仕方がない。 鶏飯とミキや黒糖のデザートを食べれたのは良かったです。 洗濯機が無料で使えるのは〇 フロントの接客は〇 チェックインチェックアウトがスムーズ〇 お風呂の床のベタベタが残っていたのは× 一番安い朝食付きのプランだったので不満はないです。 奄美空港に４店舗くらいお土産屋があります。

名瀬繁華街から近いリゾートホテルで景色も良い。清潔で綺麗、スタッフの対応も温かい。レストランの料理の味は良いが、メニューのバラエティーは乏しい。連泊するなら名瀬繁華街へも出ること勧める。奄美大島酒造が系列なのでワインリストの黒糖焼酎はそこの銘柄のみ。個人的には高倉が気に入った。スパがあり地元の人にも人気のようだ.

スタッフの対応が良く、気持ちよく滞在できた。大浴場等の設備も満足。

自転車での旅行であったが、夜間の自転車置き場に配慮してくれたフロントスタッフには感謝。レストランスタッフの対応も良く、全体的に従業員のトレーニングが行き届いている印象。 5階には見晴らしの良い大浴場があり、清潔感があって快適であった。 また、大浴場には乾燥機も設置されているランドリーコーナーが併設されているのも長期旅行者にはありがたく、私も利用させていただいた。 朝食に出される島料理である鶏飯は関東圏在住の私には珍しく、とても美味しかった。 部屋の飲み物は日本茶のティーバッグのみであったので、コーヒー党の私はスティック状のインスタントコーヒーを持参して正解であった。（朝7時を待てば朝食会場で淹れたてをいただけるのであるが）

ベッドが綺麗な青色シートがかかってました。ベッドで寝ながら海を眺めることが出来て最高でした。庭を歩くと人懐っこい熱帯魚が寄ってきます🐡🐠🐟🐠🐡🐠🐡🐟 バイキングも奄美大島料理が食べられました。ヤギがいなかったのが残念。

期待以上でした。

まず全体的に綺麗で清潔です。5年前にリフォームされたようです。 スタッフの対応もいいし、朝食も身体に優しいお料理が多く美味しかった。露天風呂付き大浴場、ミストサウナ…2泊しましたが　快適に過ごせました。 系列の土産物屋　浜千鳥館では　観光案内や安い配送料など　お世話になりました。感謝です

夕飯がとても美味しかったです。ホテルの方もみなさんとても優しい対応をしてくれました。ヤギも可愛かったし、池もとても素敵で感激しました。一つだけ、部屋に置いてあった黒いチェアの座り心地だけは良くないと感じました。あれが改善されればパーフェクトです！
