"The resort is in the middle of San Pedro Town, but feels like a private enclave with jungle like vegetation around the entrance and interior of the property. It is very well maintained and clean. "Caye Casa was beyond our expectations! We were immediately greeted with friendly and informative staff, the rooms were clean and very up to date. The pool was so nice to have for our two kids when we had a little down time. I drank coconut water *out of a coconut*, in a hammock on the porch looking at the ocean view. It was a dream! I highly recommend Caye Casa for your San Pedro travels."

"We had an unfortunate experience at Reef Haven Belize. The decaying seaweed on the shore made the resort uninhabitable. We were forced to stay one overnight only because we arrived late in the day, and the resort is a (lovely) 25 minute boat ride from San Pedro, but we promptly moved the next day to a resort without the seaweed. To be fair, the resort is probably very nice during a different time of the year, but for this time, this stay, it truly was awful. The decaying seaweed was so pungent...

"The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to central San Pedro. It has a nice pool in the front and a lounge area on the top floor. The apartment is very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with new appliances. "This was a fantastic resort to stay at. The entire staff was helpful, accommodating and communicative. The restaurant and spa on site are incredible. I recommend the coffee scrub and chocolate body wrap. The excursions are fun and the staff are so helpful when it comes to making your visit special. Every morning you wake up there feels like a movie. If you’re going to Belize this is the absolute best place to stay."
