It is a very small hotel, located just a short walk from the château and many restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

An outstanding and beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and in an ideal location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Room was fantastic - big, well equipped and with air con - perfect. We really loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

Le Manoir Saint Thomas exceeded expectations. The property has genuine character and charm. The rooms are well decorated and spotless, and the outdoor dining venue is a real highlight. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for something special in Amboise, this place delivers. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay in Amboise. Hotel is two minutes to the city centre. Close to Restaurants and many of the City highlights. Staff is very welcoming, Room and hotel very clean. Free Parking is a bonus as city parking requires payment and hard to find. Would stay again.

A wonderful location to see all the highlights of Ambroise! Can walk everywhere and leave the car parked at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to many good restaurants!

I loved the extra large bedroom and wonderfully comfy bed. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I even had dinner there one night after a long day visiting chateaus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Manior is beautifully decorated. The stay was an experience from welcome to introduction to our superior room. The furnishings were not only beautiful but well cared for and very comfortable. The soaring fireplace was a wow factor….we will return without a doubt!

A big recommendation for this charming and cozy hotel. The historic style is very well maintained. We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor, which was perfect for two adults and one teenager. It was lovely to have a small seating area in the room, where we enjoyed playing a board game. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. There is parking available in the courtyard. The staff were very helpful, providing great recommendations for excellent restaurants and advice on how to see the sights we wanted. A nice breakfast buffet with bread, cheese, fruit, and more.

Enjoyable Manoir, Easy walk to central town and the Chateau. Train station is across the river about a 20 minute walk across the bridge. We did it in the rain and wind should have called an UBER. Our room was large with high ceilings and blue velvet wallpaper. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower/bath was very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Amboise. From the moment we arrived, Bertrand was a wonderful asset to the hotel. He was excellent with communication and put such a positive, welcoming face on the property. It was obvious that he was listening carefully and responding thoughtfully to our needs. His presence there should be highly valued, in our opinion. The breakfast was excellent and was definitely a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the overall experience and will be recommending this property to our American friends who visit the area. Our only constructive comment would be that the swimming pool could perhaps have been kept a little cleaner. There were leaves in the pool each day while we were swimming. It was a very minor issue and certainly did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. We had a very nice stay and would be happy to recommend this property to others visiting Amboise.
