Rooms are impeccably clean. Great A/C, great ceiling fan with remotes. Extensive TV options. Courtesy drinks on the mini fridge. The only detail we didn't like was that half the mattress had a dip in it. It is on a quiet part of town in the South East near the highway to Guadalajara.

This hotel was AMAZING! It exceeded my expectations by a long shot. It was a little tricky getting to the area you check in but after that it was great. The rooms were very modern, updated and clean. It is right in from of a hospital but that wasn’t an issue at all. It was safe. The one thing I noticed was that there are not many outlets. There was only one mirror to get ready in and it had no outlets near it which was a little challenging but I managed. Besides that it was great, I highly recommend this place and if I’m ever in Ameca again I will stay here.

Hands down the best hotel in Ameca Everything you need in a hotel Clean rooms, hot water with good pressure, good location, 24hr cafe in lobby with friendly staff, the best coffee in town (free daily americano), sandwiches, smoothies and beer

No respetaron los precios de la reserva que la aplicación me dio, me cobraron de más y culparon a expedía de que ellos cobran impuestos por lo cual el hotel debe elevar sus precios, me hicieron los cargos a mi tarjeta 15 días antes de llegar a mi reserva y yo tenía el beneficio de pagar hasta presentarme a la reserva, al mostrarle al personal del hotel las capturas de pantalla en las cuales me habían dado costos, ellos se deslindaron y me cobraron cantidades diferentes a las de mi reserva! Muy inconforme porque al parecer no se respetan los acuerdos por parte del hotel para mí como cliente y usuario de expedí. INCUMPLIDOS

Solo cuidar el ruido que se realiza dentro de las instalaciones por el personal de limpieza, ya que desde muy temprano hay ruido cercano. Todo lo demás fue excelente, muy bonito diseño del hotel.
