"This hotel was the worst hotel I have been in a very long time. Everything was barely working and outdated to the max. We had thin pillows that were a hint of yellow. Paper thin blanket. Everything was so outdated and the decent channels you got were always saying no service. Everything felt like it was hanging on from a thread. The beds were terrible. "
"Breakfast included bagels, waffles, toast, muffins, oatmeal, fruit loops, Raisin Bran, apples, yogurt, warm egg patties, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, hot cocoa. No breakfast meat was provided. When supply was low staff responded quickly when asks to refill. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. "
"At check in, reception was rude, not very informative. I went to ask for to tails and stood in line, she completely ignored me and helped the next person in line, I waited patiently, and she called the next person in line knowing i was just standing there, so I took initiative and said, ma'm, you know I was next in line you checked in the person behind me. I simply needed towels. She was rude the whole stay. I don't think there should be workers like that if they don't like their job they should stay at home and look for a different job that suits them. We come to enjoy our stay and its workers like that, that make it a horrible experience and never want to come back. Elevators were broken. Very inconvenient for a tournament stay. We should be kind to one another and workers should be exceeding customers expectations!"
"The hotel has seen better days. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean.
But the carpets in the stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in days at least. The hard water stains in the toilets are distinctly black. The bedroom hardfloor hadn’t been swept recently, leaving dust bunnies and such for my feet to find.
And sadly, we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance when we booked online. Rather disappointing.
Safe and reasonably priced, but definitely could use some extra cleaning care."

"Debbie’s home was perfect for our visit to Poky! It was very clean, plenty of towels and linens. She went above and beyond when I left my Oura ring charger after our trip. She mailed it back to me promptly and she has frequent communication. Thank you Debbie!"
