The hotel was clean with a good breakfast. I messed up booking the room and was one night short. They tried to charge me a lot more for the extra night, saying they could not adjust the rate. After I said I would move to another hotel for the last day, somehow they were able to extend my stay for the same rate. Other than that, I was happy with my stay there.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
This place is not expensive, but still seems a little overpriced. They obviously have not invested heavily in it. So many things are rundown and worn out in the room, for example, the shower curtain smell, bad, the showers enclosure needed a lot of work, the toilet seat had some kind of weird film attached to it. One staff member seemed pretty bored and not that happy to see us or help us but the next day the person was much better. The breakfast was OK. It was nice. They had food sitting out in the evening if somebody wanted it.

This hotel was surprisingly pleasant! It was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were exceptional, very clean, great hot tub, and lots of fun for the kids after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good. Coffee could use improvement, ha. But otherwise a nice stay. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.
