A real deal in Amman

We really enjoyed our stay! Four of us had a two bedroom suite and were very satisfied with the value for money. Highly recommend.

Pésimo, no fueron ni para comunicarse

Mi vuelo llegaba con tiempo para antes de las 11:30 que fue el horario límite que compartieron para el check in, sin embargo nos detuvieron mucho tiempo en el chequeo del pasaporte, nos pasaron con unos oficiales y demás, por lo que intente comunicarme con el hotel por teléfono para avisar el inconveniente, nunca me respondieron, después de mucho tiempo, por fin logramos salir, cambiamos dinero y compré un sim Jordan, estuve marcando al hotel y tampoco me respondieron, llegamos al hotel poco antes de las 12 y estaba cerrado, estuvimos casi 1 hora fuera tocando y esperando ver si alguien pasaba desde el cristal, marcando nuevamente y nada, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento casi a la 1 am, jamás se comunicaron, no enviaron msj ni por la app ni al número que deje registrado, jamás me había pasado algo así, pésimo.

Property was ok. Rooms were clean. If you are on a budget; this works well; amount of space is sufficient. The area is apparently a high valued area as there is a Four Seasons across the street, a Sheraton on the Corner, a Fairmont on the other corner, and a Brand new Ritz-Carlton being constructed next door.

The room was not well prepared;it was very cold,they should warm it before few hours at least! Breakfast was poor Location was inconvenient (they can’t do any thing of course!)

This hotel is a little worn out. It definitely needs some updating. We had to switch rooms twice because the heater was not working in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room is clean, but only down side is that our window is faced to the main road. There were too many traffic in the whole night that made me can not sleep.

Small hotel for budget business travelers

Price is good but room are small and showers are extremely small. Nosey corridors and you can hear people talking. Breakfast is very poor selection with overcrowded seats and tables. There is nothing close by but taxis are available. I was happy to checkout from this hotel and get much better hotel for the same room rate.

Mishap on Hotel.Com hotel booking.

We had a bad experience that cost us about USD $30 made from the airport since the pre arranged transport did not turned up. The staff at the Queen Alia Airport visitor counter eventually help. We are ever great full to her. We found out that the prior booking made through Hotel.com had been cancelled and the booking transferred from Crystal Suite to their sister hotel, Crystal Hotel. This situation is uncalled for. Hotel.Com is responsible for this. The rating I made above is for Crystal Hotel. The staff there had made our stay confortable given the circumstances we were in.

Well organised and great service

For a 1 night stay during a layover in Amman, this hotel was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay an easy one. They organised everything for me, such as airport transfers, a trip around Amman on the way back to the airport and gave recommendations of where to eat and drink after I had arrived late. I could not have asked for more. In the surrounding area there are a few other hotels and it is just a short taxi ride into the centre of Amman. This hotel, especially it's staff, was perfect for my needs.
