Five star hotel and service! Food is amazing, particularly the breakfast buffet, so many options! The hotel offered a truly a unique experience in Amman. Spa staffs were particularly nice! Overall highly recommend! This hotel was above and beyond our expectations, wish we could have stayed more.

There was a really bad smell of dogs inside of the closest, I called as soon we checked in, the guy brought me a air freshener and handed it to me, that was very unprofessional from a five stars hotel, I felt he wanted me to do his job. I requested room change but never happened

Beautiful but my least favourite hotel on trip

It’s a wonderfully presented hotel but in a really boring part of town, also not very walkable in the immediate vicinity, which I usually like to do to explore. In hindsight it’s probably a business trip type hotel. I was also disappointed in service one of the days I stayed, a lady loudly disclosed my room number in the breakfast hall (which I didn’t appreciate for my privacy) and made a fuss while I was in the middle of eating saying breakfast wasn’t included, which it actually was. Even if it wasn’t included it was a silly thing to make a fuss over as if I was going to run away and not pay or couldn’t afford it, which is a rude assumption when I would have happily paid when settling my bill on checkout if it wasn’t included, which it was. Aside from this the staff were generally nice but the breakfast incident left a bad impression and seemed unprofessional. Especially when comparing to some other amazing hotels I’ve stayed in on this trip, this stay fell short of my expectations of Fairmont hotels I’ve enjoyed in other cities.

So clean, Resturant choice is perfect, Noor manger is vey helpful and make you day so pleasurable. Crystal coffee shop is great although would appreciate if they can open early. Front disk employees need to be more warm and welcoming, nothing against any one they know thier Jop but lacks warmth and smile, the only one how smiles is Yahya. Room service is good, needs to have a concestancy in cleaning the room, one day no hand towels the nest is with, but over all is good and clean. Coming back on August to stay for a month. Thank you for your hospitality.
