The property offers good value, a grand nice hotel in the heart of city, some of the rooms are a bit dated with flooring and bathrooms being old yet clean, an old electric kettle and the hair dryer in the bathroom is quite old and hardly functioning. The lobby is very nice and breakfast buffet is good, staff are friendly and happy to help.
The property is next to a few government entities, so security is great. It is also not too far from some shopping areas. My room had a balcony. It was nice to get fresh air, but it can be noisy during the day and night.
This is NOT a five star hotel. don’t get fooled by the five stars. It’s not worth more than three stores. Rooms are kind of motel 6 on the road style. Staff were very helpful and friendly but rooms are so old and broken.
i stayed in a room after 24 hours i requested towels but i did not get any
the day bevor my last day i had to request changing my room because in the wash sing of the bathroom i was getting dirty drainage water in the sing this was very ugly and really unacceptable
i went to the restaurant in floor M it was buffet the main food was cold and this is unacceptable
in the room beside me there was very very loud music and noise at 3:30 am until 5 am
it was horrible stay unadvisable
The property needs a desperate need for renovation. Bathroom is old, everything. The A/C thermostat needs to go, seems to be as old as the building. Breakfast was cold specially the eggs. We arrived at 0610.

Advertised free airport shuttle but this did not exist - you can book a hotel taxi for £45. A normal taxi or Uber is about £20 or a bus from the bus station (a short taxi journey away) is £2.
Smoking is allowed in the corridors and bars, so even if you are not a smoker your room smells of smoke, which is a shock to British travellers who are used to smoke-free environments. The rooms are a little dated and shabby but the swimming pool and roof top bar is nice - though this was pay-to-enter on some nights we stayed there. Breakfast was nice.
30 minute walk to Amman town centre or a £3 taxi ride - hotel taxi charged us £25.
