Everything about this hotel was exemplary! The views of Jordan from the rooms were beautiful! The pool area and the many restuarants/entertainment were also stunning. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The receptionist Wisam was so kind when solving our problem as we had a problem that hotels.com consider a 13 years old as a child but the hotel rules don’t so we had to pay extra money for her. Club lounge all staff are so kind and professional

I visited Ritz Carlton Amman for three days from the day it opened. The room was amazing and the building is stunning, I loved every minute of my time there. The service was great and really hard working everywhere except in reception, where the individuals were still getting used to the new system. The shower is amazing, the view from the window is lovely, and the pool is stunning too. The only negative which was a major negative for me was that I was given a price of breakfast of £216 for the family at the start which I signed up for, however, when checking out another individual decided to charge us roughly £400 for breakfast claiming that the other employee didnt inform us about the 16% tax even though £216 + 16% didnt e The breakfast could be better, there weren't as many options available as compared to other local hotels I have stayed in Amman. I would expect more food options of a 5-star hotel.

All on all is excellent. Everything is well prepared and thoughtfull finished. You may consider reviewing the club lounge breadfast buffet. It can be improved with coffee machine and juices.

not a 5 star experience for sure

We were a group traveling from different countries to attend a wedding in Amman and chose the Ritz-Carlton expecting a seamless five-star experience — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t work properly in any of our rooms, including the bride’s suite. Despite the staff trying to make our stay pleasant, there were too many issues to overlook. The bride’s room lost electricity while she was getting ready for her second look, which was extremely stressful. On top of that, the hotel decided to check the couple out of their suite during the actual wedding, which was unacceptable. Key cards frequently stopped working, and we had to go to the reception multiple times to reactivate them. And to top it off, two Heineken bottles were left in the hallway for two days — even after I reported them, they were still there when I checked out. This is not what anyone expects from a Ritz-Carlton. Attention to detail matters, especially for a luxury hotel brand. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously to maintain the reputation the name carries.
