Tasteless meals

The food was very average and the staff couldn’t care less. Both my dinner and breakfast were so so. Not what i expected in a city like Amritsar where food is a passion for people.

firstly Expedia sucks and no one should ever use this site, they have the worst support and customer service, along with bogus reviews that lead me to this place. Hotel was extremely dirty and not maintained, HVAC did not work, shower was not functional. Do not stay here.

I changed three rooms all of them were dirty and there was sign outside of the room which shows the this is no smoking room. In 2 rooms which i changed somebody did the smoking there. It is very unprofessional property to stay there.

Bad customer service & bad food.

The hotel was good but the service was very bad. And the restaurant in their hotel is not only expensive but not at all tasty. Very limited menu, the portions are way too small & as per my knowledge they charge you SERVICE tax apart from GST which i think is not legal. After a very long day for sightseeing i asked the room service to get me beers from across the street, he returned empty handed saying that he isn’t allowed by the security. That's literally worst part. Would not recommend at all.

In swimming pool wasnt water but mud. Very dirty swimming area. Every night electrycite went out. During the weekend Indian guests are run on the hallway till early morning and screamed so loud and electrysity went out I was really afraid of sleeping in this hotel. All the time I had a feeling that someone is trying robber me. I didn’t know what to do so I called friend to sleep with me because I was so afraid of these people in this hotel. I was only one from diffrent country I think. So bad place so many problems.

I visited during winters. So the heating functionality in the thermostat wasn’t available. Though they provided separate room heater upon request, it barely helped to warm the room. If thermostat was working as expected, that would have done a better job.

For the price they charge. This is better than any other 5 star property in Amritsar. Staff at the front desk to staff at the 5 floor restaurant is highly trained and the best you will find. Decent size roof top pool is great. Rooms are very big which made our stay even more comfortable

Great hotel that served as an oasis for us in the middle of bustling Amritsar. The staff, food, and amenities were all excellent and we loved the infinity pool on roof. Very highly recommended.

Good stay

Room is quite large and clean but shower room isn't well lay out because when we took shower,water flood around so it was wet all over the bath room. Pool is nice at top floor so we can admire the area while taking a relax.

A comfortable western style hotel in that the hotel is newish and modern. Staff are more than accommodating and knowledgeable, the pool was clean, too wet comfortable and new . The breakfast was more Indian based yet had chefs who were happily to whip up something if it was asked for . The only disappointment was the pool filter noise comfortable through on level 4 , however the staff turned it off when I questioned the noise .
