Hotel V Frederiksplein
The lobby is lovely, slightly misleading. Rooms are slightly dated now, dusty, window didn't lock properly so the blind slammed/ be aware if you face the street its noisy at night- asked to move and they couldn't move us. For the price it's not worth it. Be prepared to lug luggage up four flights ...

Due to our room not being ready for check in the staff went out their way to provide a room upgrade to apologise before we had a chance to say anything. It was very thoughtful and brilliant customer experience.
