Good location and rooms were of decent size. Hotel room not very clean with lots of food crumbs left by previous occupants and quite a few mould areas in bathroom tile grout.
Hotel was great, bright, clean room. Steep stairs with no elevator, so that could be an issue for some but otherwise would recommend. Location was great, right in center of city, short walk to train station
Great location, near station, and tram stop and shops. Royal Palace and Dam Square nearby. Ideally situated for exploring on foot the many canals.
Hotel was very good, friendly helpful staff, rooms very clean, some furniture a little dated but everything clean and tidy.
Good restaurant downstairs which serves excellent food including local Dutch cuisine.
Would stay here again.
Great location, biggest room we've had in Amsterdam so far, and the price was very reasonable for the time of year.
Staff were great, and the food downstairs in the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. The drinks were on the expensive side, would recommend getting bottles of water from the shop across the road. The cocktails from the draft tap were 14.50 Euros a pop which caught us out a bit.

Hotel was basic but just fine if you’ll be out most the day exploring. The location is great.
Funny smell when we arrived but was ok once aired out.
No where to store bags so have to pay to store elsewhere which was a bit annoying.
Bar downstairs was nice.

Super convenient walkable location, cute bar and restaurant downstairs.
Booked for my daughter’s first holiday with a friend. Overall good. Disappointed that there were no luggage facilities available for daughter to leave her cases in after checking out and before Eurostar home so beware of this. Staff said cases were being stolen…would have chosen a diff hotel if I’d have known this fact prior to booking.
Spent one night here and it was great! The staff could not be nicer, there was a city wide power outage so we enjoyed some drinks by candlelight in the bar! The room (triple) was spacious and clean! The location is perfect for exploring by foot or hopping on a tram. The breakfast was also great! Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is very centrally located so highly accessible from the train station or trams. It was clean and the restaurant at street level had good food and an outdoor area. Be prepared to climb steep stairs, especially if you are assigned a top floor room as we were. Also, it was an extremely hot period and there is no air conditioning so the top floor was pretty brutal. And you are not able to open the windows. So all in all - great value for money, clean and safe but not good if you want elevated comfort. Staff all friendly though! I would still recommend for the right guests.
Very good location, walkable to everywhere. The rooms are basic but nice. Downside is it was quite noisy but that’s to be expected and the shower was either super hot or super cold
Really nice accommodation very central to the old city. Rooms are quite small but clean and tidy and all that's required for a city break. The food in the bar is excellent as well and the staff are friendly

Bare bones but central and relatively clean and affordable for Amsterdam. We had a family room for four which has a double bed and desk in the main room and then a small hallway, with privacy door, led to a small room with couch and additional double bed. Windows overlooked a small courtyard and did not open. Bathroom was modern and updated. Desk was chipped but functional and small armoire for storage/hanging. No amenities and must use stairs. Check in at restaurant downstairs. Some noise at night with other guests coming and going.
