Very friendly small hotel.

Location is superb, walking distance to the museums and restaurants. Direct city bus 397 to and from airport. The friendliest front desk staff and a complimentary cappuccino macine in the lobby.

Thé Iron Horse Hôtel is wonderfully situated near many important sites. The staff is exceptional and I would like to especially mention Bianca, Angela, William and Khalid. The room was clean the free coffee much appreciated and room temperature was agreeable. All in all, a highly recommendable establishment.

Fantastic 3-person room with great bay window and super high ceiling on the hotel's 2nd floor! Only critique would be the bathroom ventalization, which is non-existent, but not a deal-breaker for 3 guys passing through.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were hot. There was no windows that would open and he fans provided were very loud and didn’t work very well. We were there in June and the outside temp was only 12-18 degrees, couldn’t imagine it when the weather was 30

The property provides good value for money. It is close to major attractions. I was looking for a comfortable clean place to sleep and shower that was within my budget. If these are not your priorities and you are looking for any amount of luxury, better to pay the extra €100 per night at a more upscale hotel. Would stay here again.

This property was nice and near town and restaurants. There is not a lift so you will have to carry luggage up narrow stairs. The property was clean and had comfortable beds. We traveled with our adult daughter and finding a hotel room for 3 in Amsterdam was tricky Hotel Iron Horse was accommodating.
