"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didnā€™t ask for booking names. They didnā€™t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...
