Succo di frutta nel frigobar scaduto nel 2018. Dotazione in camera scarsa (niente ciabatte, set asciugamani minimo, niente accappatoio, nessun set accessori, frigobar poco rifornito). Alle prime ore del mattino l'aria condizionata ha smesso di funzionare. Limitata la scelta dei vini al ristorante, ma cibo di ottima qualità. Cameriera gentile e con un'ottima memoria.

Sono stata in questo hotel che,a parte una prima colazione misera ( alle 8 e 30 ERA RIMASTO UN SOLO CORNETTO E non ci stava altro di dolci al bar)poteva pure andare,ma cio che non mi ha fatto vedere l'ora di andare via è stato il fatto che la gente entrava tranquillamente senza mascherina persino in ascensore (cosa che mi ha costretta a usare le scale e ...a mettere la mascherina"egoista".........

PREZZO difforme dalla prenotazione. Ho prenotato n.2 camere doppie/matrimoniali per n.2 notti per 4 persone al costo totale di € 305,96. Al check in, facevo presente che una persona del gruppo si era ammalata, quindi di dover registrare soltanto n.3 occupanti. Successivamente la reception dell''hotel mi faceva sapere che avevano ricevuto da HOTELS.COM una prenotazione per n. 2 camere singole per n. 2 notti. e che quindi comunque bisognava procedere una modifica. Mi veniva proposto dalla reception, di aggiungere una TERZA camera uso singola, ALLO STESSO PREZZO (305,96) al fine di far alloggiare ognuno di noi tre in tre stanze. Accetto specificando bene, di non voler pagare alcun supplemento per il cambio avuto e non dipeso dal sottoscritto o da un errore di erronea prenotazione. Avendo pre-inserito la carta di credito sul sito, al check out non mi viene più richiesta, ritiriamo i documenti e comunichiamo ancora una volta gli estremi per la fatturazione. Ricevo fattura successivamente e con mio grosso stupore mi accorgo di aver pagato per n.3 persone (e non 4 come da prenotazione) nell''ordine: 1) CAMERA MATR USO SGL - BB € 127,27; 2) CAMERA MATRIMONIALE - BB € 139,07 e 3) CAMERA MATRIMONIALE - BB € 139,07 - per un totale di € - per un totale pagato soltanto per il soggiorno notte di € 405,41!!! Ben 100,00 € in piu rispetto a quanto prenotato da HOTELS.com e con 1 persona in meno! Mi sento frodato e raggirato!
