We enjoyed staying here. There was free breakfast, the food was okay but got the job done for our family. Parking was valet only but quick to retrieve our car. Very convenient for getting to Disneyland by foot. Only complaint was the walls seemed thin and we had a very loud family next door to us.

I have zero complaints about Holiday Inn Suites. The room was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was bountiful and varied. The parking however is another story. B i didn't park there myself but as with ALL the local resort hotels, parking is a astronomical headache and costly. I will definitely go back, as the overall package was great and easy walking to Disneyland.

My only issues here is the shower/bathroom for the suites. Water pressure was poor. Not only did the water not go down the tub quick enough but the bathroom door had two privacy windows and every time somebody was in there, it lit up the entire suite. Breakfast could be a little better. Both mornings, they brought out bacon once. Coffee was ok. Scrambled eggs were delicious. The rest, just as you would expect for a quick buffet style breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay. Joe, Millie and Evelyn at the front desk are amazing and treat everyone like family, everything is easy when they help out. Ofillia and the breakfast team are so fabulous, pancakes, waffles, bacon, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, all every morning. They always helped out and we're able to get my favorite flavor of yogurt as well. The ladies that clean the room do a fantastic job and it's great coming back to a clean room after a day at disney. Disney is only a short 10 min walk to the gate and staying here makes it easy to duck back in the afternoon for a nap, swim, or hottub to sooth tired legs and feet. The valet staff are always fast and helpful, but I do wish I had more access to my vehicle in case I left something in it when we drop it off. Some days during my stay one of the elevators was playing up, which lead to a small wait for the lift at peak times around breakfast, but stairs were also easy to access.

Very good value for the money vs other hotels in the area. If all you’re doing is going to Disneyland / California Adventure, this is a very good location, 10+ minute walk from the entrance. Very good and free breakfast included, pleasant staff.
