Overall property was pretty good. Very hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t that great but I guess I can’t expect much from a free breakfast. Lights in the bathroom are SO dim you can’t see anything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again though mostly due to how close it was to Disneyland.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable bonus for having fridge and microwave. Pool was perfect temp but lack of towels and surrounding area not very clean. Location was across Toy Story Prking lot very convenient if you do not want to pay parking or wait in long entry line. Breakfast was okay nothing special. I would stay here again for the location and price.

Staff were friendly especially house keeping. It was a bit of a walk to Disneyland with our baby. Continental breakfast but the selection was limited and I was unable to feed my baby from the items there as there were limited healthy options he could eat aside from the hard boiled eggs and bananas. There were waffles, bagels, donuts, toast, coffee, yogurt, bananas, apples, and juice great options just not for our needs. Parking was good, easy in and out of the parking structure.

We got bed bugs from our 2 night stay. The beds were super wobbly. The hot tub was dirty. Breakfast was a normal continental. We were all able to eat enough to start our day and hold us over until lunch. Not a big selection, but enough to make it work. Very limited parking. They double charged us for our room and added an extra charge we weren't aware of. Will not stay here again.

Best hotel stay we've ever experienced. We did have a bathroom with a ceiling that was collapsing but the moment we acknowledged it with staff we were offered another room, which we would have taken if it wasn't so late but the babies were already asleep when we noticed. The morning shift gave us an email to reach out to when we checked out apologizing, being very caring and kind while also allowing us to keep our stuff behind the desk while we were at Disneyland. The managers didn't reach out immediately but they did end up reaching out and giving us a full refund on the stay we had. Overall there's nothing I can complain about at all. Even with a bad bathroom we'd take that anyday here at this hotel compared to going to any others that don't care about their customers or experiences. We've made this our go to hotel for Disneyland and it's also very affordable with breakfast and a nice lounge pool area.

My husband and I were heading to Disney with our son so we got a family suite and the layout was GREAT. Two doubles a king and two bathrooms. It also had a sofa and a chair, a mini fridge and a microwave. PROS: Size of the room, proximity to the park (just walk down the street to the Toy Story Parking lot and grab a shuttle to Disney), close to restaurants, great staff. CONS: Housekeeping never once gave us more coffee cups. We had to ask every morning. The beds are really uncomfortable. I broke out in hives and red bumps all over my face arms and legs because of the detergent they use on their bedding, so if you have sensitive skin, you may want to bring your own bedding. You can't check in until 3 and check out is an early 11am (remember the days when check out was noon? I do!) Overall, I liked the property but I didn't love it. I mean... hives. I've never reacted to a hotel's detergent this badly before and when I asked for the name of what they used at the front desk, she did not know and didn't seem interested in finding out for me.
