The hotel was descent for the price. The sheets looked a little dirty, maybe they were clean but the yellow stains said something else. Other than that the customer service was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised..

Me and my Bf went here in our short trip to cali to visit family, bathroom and room was clean, no roaches or bed bugs in the room we were in. very quiet and 15 mins from Harbor blvd and disney.

We stayed a couple nights. Nice and quiet. Smelled sanitized. It looked clean. The bed was comfy, I had a good night's rest! The managers were very nice. I felt safe.

Staff was very nice, building was old, remodeled bathroom looked great. The floor felt a little sticky… not sure why. The area is kinda dirty but that has nothing to do with the hotel but the city… I mean for a 3 star hotel it is ok if I wanted a 5Star hotel I would have paid a ton more money so no complaints really it is a good hotel for the money

Good price. Air condition is as noisy as old vacuum cleaner: once waking up, could not go back to sleep :( Dirty wall, no hanger for towels, No hanger for clothes, no toilet paper holder.

The beds were good. They were definitely kept up and clean if you’re just looking to spend the night and sleep then this is exactly what you’re paying for. As far as anything else goes the shower. It definitely had heated water. The pressure was good too, but the floor was dirty and there were a lot of like Holes in things in the walls. It wasn’t good for like if you were going to be showing around, but again if you’re just looking for something to sleep then I say this is exactly what you’re paying for. If you’re looking to go like Knotts Berry Farm on Disneyland or something along those lines I suggest going to someplace else. The customer service was OK when I first got here and I got here at like 10:00 AM before my check-in. I asked if there was an early check-in, the gentleman at the counter refused to let me come in early understandable but I would’ve thought that he would have Been a obliging or at least accommodating if I paid him maybe a little bit earlier I did come back at 1 o’clock, and the gentleman who was there was not there in a lady who is very kind. I didn’t get her name. I wish I had was way more susceptible to letting me come in early specially since it was very windy and cold. The floors of the hotel are not carpeted, but the room itself had all the comedies. The AC and heater seem to work. Just complicated to figure out the sheets were in in the blankets were not very sick. The pillows however were very fluffy.

The staff stood out. My fiancé left her ring in the room and didn’t realize until later that morning. I called and told them what happened and the staff stayed on the line until he confirmed that he’d found the ring and would hold it until we could return to pick it up. So grateful!

Inside of the microwave was burnt out and exposed to the point you could see the insulation. All the outlets in the room were so worn out and loose that my chargers literally fell out. I guess it was nice of them to work with me and let me out of my reservation early. But they still charged me $100 or so to check in at midnight and leave at 7 or 8 am due to their conditions. This place made me feel like a terrible parent for subjecting my 12 year old to even just a few hours of being there.
