Star Suite includes a dreamy queen size bed, surrounded by a boho design decor that will make you fall in love. Fully air conditioned and equipped; from Smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, stove top with one burner, mini fridge, stool area to enjoy brunch and dinner, bathroom with a beautiful tub, private heated pool, hammock and exterior sitting area.

Important:
◾The igloo suites are made of plastic acrylic material. It is normal for drops to leak between the structure's joints on rainy days, causing some parts inside to get wet.

◾The upper part of the igloo features fixed curtains that cannot be opened. Only the side curtains can be opened, allowing for approximately 180 degrees of movement.

◾The igloos are completely transparent, and the sun's rays directly impact the interior; although there are curtains and a powerful air conditioning system, it might get hot inside during the day.


◾Pet Policy:
Pets under 25 pounds are welcome, with a limit of 2 pets per stay. However, cats are not allowed due to leather furnishings that may be damaged by their claws. A pet fee of $30 will apply per stay.

◾If you're planning to celebrate with champagne, please be careful when opening the bottle. It's mandatory to do so on the deck to prevent potential glass breakage or accidents, which could result in additional charges for damages to the property.

Our igloo can become quite warm during hot, sunny afternoons. We recommend staying in the outdoor areas during peak heat to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery and refreshing breezes.

Important! Pool has heater. Due to our great commitment with the environment, keep in mind that the heater will be off by the time you arrive.
To activate it and enjoy your pool, please follow these steps:
1. Turn it on through a gray switch located in a black wall, next to the pool .
Note: If you find the switch in "ON", please turn it off and then turn it on again.
2. Jets will light up and the water will gradually warm up
It'll turn off after 45 min, if you want to continue warming the water, you should turn it on as many times you want.
3. After 1.30hr approximately your pool should be ready.
Please, Keep in mind that the pool will never be totally hot, it will only be warm

Keep in mind THE VIEW LUXE HOTEL is located in a mountain area with a breathtaking view, one of the best of Rincon, due this reason in this area it is normal to find different species of insects like flies, ladybugs, spiders, mosquitoes and lizards, etc. Nonetheless, they are inoffensive and we invite you to enjoy the nature and all our facilities designed especially for living the best experience for you.

We spray for bugs with a professional on a regular basis, please be aware that our hotel is located in a forest area, and eliminating them completely is challenging.
When de rainy season starts (June - October), we highly recommend you keep your suite doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering.
However we provide you with a spray to combat the mosquitoes.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please note that the outside of the igloos have also been thoroughly cleaned, however, due to their outdoor location and color., they are prone to dust as well as the pool.

?Maximum occupancy of 2 guests at all times. This includes visitors. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property without refunds. Also will be charged $500 per person as a fine.

?Check Out time is strictly enforced. Our professional maintenance team will need all the time they can have to properly deep clean and disinfect the suite before each guest arrives. A fine of $300 will be charged if guests have not checked out by 11:00 AM.

?NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite even bathroom. The only one designated area for that is the deck area even pool AND with the suite door close. Otherwise, A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

?NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events without prior consent from hosts. Exceeding this rule may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property without refunds.


?Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Out of respect to the neighbors, please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud Music is not allowed at any time.

?DRONES OVERFLIGHT: Drones overflight isn't allowed at the facilities; it'd can affect the privacity to our ther guests. We'll charge $500 as a fine.

?Subletting not allowed

?Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony.

✔ Cleaning service during the stay has a charge of $30 which includes changes of towels, light bathroom cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.

?Please, if you have used the lockbox key, remember to leave it inside once your stay ends.
