Absolutely loved this home. Very intimate, clean and easy access to a coffee shop, park, Fred Meyer, and Walmart. Stayed here with 2 kids and there was more than enough room for my family. We loved the open layout. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is well cared for. The arcade is tricky to turn on, there is a switch on the front near the floor to turn it on. The light switches are touch switch. That was pretty cool to use.

Beautifully Remodeled

We rented this unit as a place to house employees that were coming to Anchorage to work for a week. They loved it! It was beautifully remodeled, very clean, the host was incredibly gracious, and had special touches like a candy jar and pajamas laid out for guests. It was much more affordable than renting a hotel. And when the job ran over- we rented it for another week!

Anchorage stay

The owner has purchased two lots next door to the property that we stayed at. Our unit had recently been nicely and completely renovated. He has grand ideas for renovating this block. Stay tuned. You are very much in suburbia of the NE part of Anchorage and not in any touristy area. Check in was a little confusing because the picture is of a different unit on the property.
