The Villa Fred - Pretty House in Andernos-Les-Bains

This beautiful spacious house, bright and comfortable 141m2 in the shade of oaks, will offer everything you expect for a pleasant stay!
Located near bike paths, shops, restaurants, the port and Andernos beach, not to mention the beautiful coastal path that will surprise you!
Here is a small tour of the places: in rez of garden, a living room of 40m2 overlooking a fully equipped kitchen of 15m2 (+ 1 Cellar with washing machine), direct exit on the terrace and the garden.
1 bedroom with a large bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
1 WC + hand wash (separate).
On the floor (empty on stay): the mezzanine of 20m2 will give you a plunging view on the garden and its superb oaks as well as on the room of life. This cozy corner is equipped with a couch, a TV and a library.
2 bedrooms of 12m2 each with a large bed.
1 bathroom (WC) and a cupboard.
The equipment available:
Garden side: garden furniture, table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue / gas plancha.
Living room: 2 large sofas, coffee tables, mini stereo. 1 large table, 2 benches and 2 comfortable stools.
Kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Fridge.
Bathroom: hair dryer
Iron.
Computer available, free WIFI.
Linens provided (except beach towels).
Sheets provided (beds made on your arrival).
Parking: 2/3 cars
Cleaning in Sup = 60 Euros

Gepflegt, großer Garten, schlafsofa

Kommunikation und Übergabe bestens. Das Haus ist modern, sauber und gepflegt, alles vorhanden. Moderne Technik und gutes Design. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die oberen Zimmer sind „nur“ mit Schlafsofas und nicht mit Betten ausgestattet, aber für unsere Kinder war das kein Problem. Bei 6 Erwachsenen könnte das aber ungemütlich werden. Dafür gibt es aber auf der Galeriw uns im Wohnzimmer noch zusätzlich 3 Schlafsofas, sodass man ausweichen könnte. Sonnenschirm und Surfboard für Kinder sowie Gasgrill vorhanden. Das Frühstück auf der überdachten Terrasse war super! Wir hatten Fahrräder mit, was sehr nützlich war. Empfehlung! Danke und gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa Fred Tout y est optimal, propreté, emplacement qualité de la villa. Sans parlé de la gentillesse de Frederique qui nous a accueilli de la meilleure manière qu’il soit. A Refaire sans hésiter

Villa moderne et agréable dans un bel environnement.

Au choix plage sur le bassin à marée haute ou à quelques kilomètres l’océan les vignobles les stations branchées. Amateurs d’huîtres allez en déguster dans les cabanes des ostréiculteurs ou sur l’agréable Terrasse de la villa de Frédérique.
