Spacious modern home on private lake
- Beautiful home right on the water with gorgeous views 🌅comfy beds, large rooms, bunk bed. Leather recliners, open floor plan with views of the lake from almost every room. Home and furnishing are like new. Huge Master br with amazing views of pristine waters. Jacuzzi tub 🛀 and dual sinks in bath. Paved parking area goes right to front door. Grassy areas for play. Great location between Hartford💃🏼 and Willimantic🐸💕. UConn🐺⛹🏼♀️ and Jorgensen are 20 mins away. Ocean beaches are 45 minutes. Beautiful views, amazing fishing, hiking👫, kayaking, biking🚴🏼♀️and sailing, ice fishing, star gazing ☄️🌠and skating all right at your doorstep. Quiet neighborhood great for romantic strolls and hikes. Near Gay City park. Lake community is quiet, no motors allowed on the water.
Please note: Due to allergies of some frequent guests there are no dogs allowed.
Also, for the safety of our neighbors and guests we have installed a security camera at the front door and driveway. This helps us know you have arrived safely and exited promptly. Thank you for choosing our beautiful home!
