"There was a lot of noise our first night, fire alarm and people yelling in the parking lot. The bathroom door didn't fully shut, the hot water side of the sink leaked. There was only one waste basket. The pool was very highly chlorinated. The bar was not open when it was supposed to be. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. There was no area info in the room and no TV channel guide."

"We were very disappointed in this hotel and checked out after 2 nights. No individual soap/shower/lotions. Stained carpet and tile; dirty ceiling. We prepaid for 4 nights and were not refunded the charges for the 2 nights we did not use. Homeless people in the parking lot after dark. So disappointing in an otherwise wonderful trip."
