Pleasant & Convenient
"We enjoy rambling around ruins & beaches & tavernas -then returning to a comfortable abode. Hiona Holiday Hotel met this prefrence. A clean, uncomplicated small hotel with friendly staff/owners. Our room was one of the smaller ones but still large enough to relax in as well as the balcony. There ..."

8.2/10 Very Good! (119 reviews)
plenty of other hotels around
"Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. 9.2/10 Wonderful! (37 reviews)
"Ver clean, lovely host, wonderful views, closer to Kouremenos Bch than Palaicastro was, in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was good; wifi was having issues while we were there, but a bit of tolerance for the roads and the wifi of eastern Crete is a must."
